With the talented team of four working on the challenge, it was only likely to be a question of time frame, and with this Sunday coinciding with the Super Bowl, it appears team Evad3rs are willing to release the iOS 6.1 untethered jailbreak, adding excitement to the great weekend.
One of the leading members of the new hackers team, Planetbeing is already running untethered jailbreaks on iPhone 5 for quite a while, but rather than hurrying in releasing the tool, and providing Apple with resource to block it with iOS 6.1. The Evad3rs team made up of top hackers Pod2g, Pimskeks, and MuscleNerd not only polished the tool for the normal users, but also held on to the exploit to bring iOS 6.1 to the list.
